Arts
Advance Gender Equity in the Arts -- $50,000 over 2 years to hire a part-time executive director to build the capacity of programs and fundraising efforts in Multnomah and Clackamas County
Media-Rites -- $10,000 over 1 year to produce a series of original monologues and associated community conversations focusing on subjects such as disability, Indigenous intersections, and the DREAM Act for audiences in the Portland area, Willamette Valley, and south coast.
Northwest Classical Theatre Collaborative Inc -- $10,000 over 1 year to support a touring production of "Antigone" and associated community conversations statewide, primarily focusing on venues such as prisons and transitional housing for youth
Oregon Ballet Theatre -- $40,000 over 1 year to support education programs serving youth in the Portland area and audiences throughout Oregon
Signal Fire -- $10,000 over 1 year to hire a field coordinator to lead outreach efforts to emerging artists and artists of color in Oregon and Northern California

Bustin Barriers -- $25,000 over 2 years to expand staffing to increase capacity and expand adapted sports programs serving youth with disabilities
Ecotrust -- $60,000 over 2 years to partner with culturally specific organizations to expand the Green Workforce Academy and improve economic opportunity for low-income youth of color in the Portland area
Elkton Community Education Center -- $15,000 over 1 year to provide education and career training for low-income youth in rural Elkton
Lincoln County Child and Family Day Treatment Center -- $50,000 over 1 year to make facility improvements at the Olalla Center to expand mental health services for low-income youth and their families in rural Lincoln County
Made to Thrive -- $30,000 over 2 years to support operations and programs serving primarily Latino youth in rural Umatilla and Morrow Counties
Schoolhouse Supplies Inc -- $30,000 over 2 years to expand programs providing access to essential school supplies to teachers of low-income students in Multnomah County

Adelante Mujeres -- $50,000 over 1 year to finalize construction of Adelante Mujeres’s cultural community center serving primarily low-income Latina immigrants and their families in Forest Grove
Basic Rights Education Fund -- $60,000 over 1 year to support operations and education and organizing programs to advance inclusion for lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer, and transgender Oregonians statewide
Oregon Community Foundation -- $70,000 over 1 year to support the Black Student Success Initiative grantmaking fund to strengthen the efforts of nonprofits working to improve outcomes for Black students statewide
Bradley Angle -- $60,000 over 2 years to hire additional staff to expand programs for low-income Black, African, and African American survivors of violence in Portland
Civil Liberties Defense Center -- $30,000 over 1 year to support civil rights education programs serving low-income Oregonians statewide, including immigrants and people of color
Gorge Grown Food Network -- $34,165 over 1 year to strengthen diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the Food Security Coalition serving low-income residents in the rural Columbia Gorge region
Habitat for Humanity of Oregon Inc -- $85,000 over 1 year to build internal capacity and provide funding, training, and technical assistance to Habitat affiliates serving low-income people and people of color primarily in rural communities statewide
Heartwood Resources -- $20,000 over 1 year to purchase a pick-up truck and cargo trailers to expand deconstruction and salvage programs into rural Grants Pass
Hood River Senior Citizens Inc -- $10,000 over 1 year to support operations and programs serving primarily low-income seniors in rural Hood River

Mid-Willamette Valley Community Action Agency Inc -- $20,000 over 1 year to hire equity consultants to deepen diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization to improve services for low-income youth in Marion and Polk Counties
Neighborhood House Inc -- $35,000 over 1 year to support efforts to deepen diversity, equity, and inclusion practices across the organization to improve services to low-income youth of color in the Portland area

Umatilla-Morrow County Head Start Inc -- $45,000 over 2 years to expand staffing to strengthen tribal and Latino representation among CASA volunteers serving low-income youth in the child welfare system in rural Umatilla and Morrow Counties
VOZ Workers' Rights Education Project -- $40,000 over 1 year to support operations and programs serving Latino day-laborers in the Portland area
WomenFirst Transition & Referral Center -- $30,000 over 2 years to hire staff to expand the Navigate Back Home program, serving formerly incarcerated African American women in Multnomah County

Oregon Student Voice -- $15,000 over 1 year to support operations, youth organizing, and leadership programs serving primarily high school students of color statewide
Resolve Center for Dispute Resolution and Restorative Justice -- $10,000 over 1 year to support school- and community-based restorative justice programs in rural Jackson and Josephine Counties
