The Collins Foundation is delighted to welcome Kymberli Contreras, Executive Administrator, to our team. For many, Kymberli will be the first person you reach when contacting the Foundation.
Kymberli comes to us after serving for 8 years as Assistant Director of Special Projects for Adelante Mujeres. This Forest Grove-based nonprofit organization provides holistic education and empowerment opportunities to low-income Latina women and their families to ensure full participation and active leadership in the community. Her work included Strategic Planning, Operations, HR and Advocacy. This perspective was just one of the qualities that makes Kymberli a great fit!
Kymberli was born in Dallas, Texas. She has a BA from Duke University and an MBA from Alfred University in NY. Kymberli’s professional background includes fundraising for academia and program development for state agencies in Oregon and New York. Kymberli supports Collins’ CEO, CFO, and trustees, provides backup to our grantmaking team, and responds to inquiries from applicants, grantees, and community partners.
